Niagara and New York - Easter 2002
My first trip to the Big Apple, which still remains my favourite city in america. Well worth the 9 hour drive. The Statue of Liberty, Empire State, Ground Zero, Central Park and The Plaza Hotel are among the things we saw. On the way we stopped off at Niagara to see the Falls. |

Nikki and Becky's Trip around USA (plus Canada and Mexico)
Everyone said we were mad fitting in so many places in 3 1/2 weeks... My favourite memories were seeing Adam Sandler in Central Park, opening my eyes at the edge of the Grand Canyon, realising that there is no ice-skating in central park in the middle of summer!, cycling upside down on a bike in Boston, being locked in a prison cell in Alkatraz, the 6th Floor Museum in Dallas and Being in Chicago for July 4th Fireworks. We spent a lot of time on trains and buses, and i vow to never ever travel with Greyhound coaches again! But don't regret it a bit. The trip has certainly given me the buzz to want to go travelling round the rest of the world.

Northern Michigan - Summer 2002

Chicago - Summer 2002
Seeing someone roller blade down the street with ski poles as if they were ski-ing is bizarrely my strongest memory! Other than that we took a boat trip around the coast of Lake Michigan,visited Navy Pier, shopped and the adults went up Sears Tower and to the SeaLife Museum while Ad's and I were just being lazy.

Cleveland Easter 2003
Escaping from having no electricity due to an Ice Storm.. the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was the main purpose of the trip, where there was a special U2 exhibit. We also went to Great Lakes Science Museum and saw Lake Eire which was the remaining Great Lake i hadn't seen

Kos with Ant 2003
A week in Kos where we went Scuba Diving, Parasailing, visited an active Volcano on the island of Nisyros, got towed along on an inflatable Fly Fish (whilst holding on with death grips after being told 'Whatever you do do not let go'!), swam, sunbathed, eat lots of yummy greek food and even ended up joining in with the Greek Dancing one night..

Road Trip to Yellowstone Summer 2003
a 4000 mile round trip! - saw loads...including.. Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Yellowstone, The Badlands, Sioux Falls, Cody, Fort Laramie....
